PRICES IN THE EU

All prices listed on Dryboy AB's webshop include local tax. The cost of shipping is added and the amount is stated in connection with your order.

We reserve the right to make changes to taxes and duties. Our product range and prices may be adjusted from time to time. However, you can always be sure that the agreed price is valid at the time of your order.

PRICES OUTSIDE THE EU

All prices listed on Dryboy AB's webshop are exclusive of local tax. The cost of shipping is added and the amount is stated in connection with your order. Local tax will be added and invoiced to the buyer afterwards.

PAYMENT

We use Klarna and PayPal as partners for purchases via Dryboy AB's webshop. This means that you pay completely securely, either by invoice, bank card, credit card or bank account. Dryboy AB never sees any information about your credit card number or bank account and all card and personal information via both Klarna and PayPal is encrypted.

DELIVERY

Your product (cover) is delivered folded in a specially sewn bag. Due to the weight of the cover, you can expect creases to appear on it. This is completely normal and the creases usually straighten out after a short period of use.
We normally produce and deliver your product within approximately 3-4 weeks from the time of order. When your product is produced, checked by us and about to be delivered, you will be notified by e-mail.

EATING RIGHT

By law, the right of withdrawal is 14 days, but as our products are produced (tailored) specifically to your needs, the right of withdrawal lapses once the customization of your order has begun. When you approve your order on the website and accept our General Terms and Conditions, you accept that the customization will begin and that the right of withdrawal will therefore lapse.

In the unlikely event that you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order and stop the production of your product. However, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to cancel your order, as it depends on whether your product has already started production.

GUARANTEE

In addition to what is otherwise regulated by the Consumer Purchase Act, Dryboy AB provides a full five-year warranty on the waterproofness of your product from the day your product was purchased. Waterproofness refers to the ability of the fabric used to sew your cover to resist the penetration of water such as rain, snow and dew. This extended warranty applies if the cover has been used for the purpose for which it was made, is undamaged; that is, has been handled with normal care and attention, and has not been subjected to external influences or accidents that have damaged the fabric. The extended warranty does not apply if the cover is used for another purpose or in an improper way, such as for example lack of drainage causing large puddles of rainwater to form and remain for long periods, if it is damaged, handled carelessly or washed with strong solvents. The extended warranty also does not apply if Dryboy AB has had to sew a seam on the top of the cover, such as all corner sofas, or sew on a cover for a faucet or grill cover, for example. Products in the Outdoor Living and Accessories category are also not covered by the extended warranty.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

As a consumer (private person), you always have a three-year statutory right of complaint, which means that you can either request to have your product repaired, replaced, that the purchase is canceled or get a reduction in the price, depending on the current situation. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product purchased from Dryboy AB within three years from the time you received the product. However, the right to complain only applies on the condition that these errors and defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect or negligent use of the product or that the product is otherwise damaged by external impact, handling or accident after you have received the product.

INVOKING A GUARANTEE OR COMPLAINT

You must invoke your warranty or make a complaint about your product within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. The first thing to do is to contact Dryboy AB by e-mail. The product should then be sent to Dryboy AB. Remember to save your receipt or shipping note for the purchase, as this is valid as a warranty document.
